THE LAMPWORKS

The Lampworks will introduce 148 Build to Rent apartments and commercial units across five new builds and the conversion of a heritage asset.

With three contemporary commercial ground floor units and 13 affordable homes on offer, each new build has been designed to reflect the area’s industrial history as a former brass foundry and furniture works.

The historic 30 Great Hampton Street will be retained and converted to facilitate desirable new homes and vibrant commercial spaces.

Set around a series of striking landscaped gardens, the project will introduce a premium range of one- to three-bed apartments and duplexes.

Amenities include a co-working space, individual meeting rooms, a shared lounge, and a communal kitchen/diner fit out with modern designs and the latest technologies.
