THE LAMPWORKS

The Lampworks is a premium Build to Rent (BTR) development set to introduce 129 new one- to three-bedroom apartments (42–95 sqm; 13 affordable), duplexes, and three commercial units.

Four new builds designed to reflect the site’s industrial heritage will be delivered, along with the conversion of 30 Great Hampton Street, a heritage street-facing asset, into four desirable homes and commercial spaces.

Befitting a premium BTR development, amenities will include co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a shared lounge, a communal kitchen/diner fitted out with modern designs and the latest technologies, and striking landscaped gardens.
