The development

The Lamp Works will deliver 148 build-to-rent one, two & three-bedroom apartments & duplexes, along with a sensitive conversion & the introduction of three new commercial spaces.

Made up of five new builds reflecting the area’s rich industrial history as a former brass foundry and furniture works, the site will also see the conversion of 30 Great Hampton Street to deliver desirable new homes & commercial spaces.

Each home will facilitate integrated smart systems, with residents set to benefit from a landscaped courtyard, - which will retain a steel frame from the original central factory space - co-working spaces, a shared lounge, a studio, and a communal kitchen/diner.

Thirteen affordable dwellings will be provided alongside £50,000 worth of public realm improvements; sixteen car parking spaces & eight EV charging points.
