The Lampworks, set across six blocks, will bring 148 build-t0-rent homes & three commercial spaces to the site.

Made up of five new builds reflecting the area’s industrial history as a former brass foundry and furniture works, a range of one- two- & three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, each offering integrated smart systems will be on offer.

The historic 30 Great Hampton Street building will be retained and converted to facilitate more desirable homes and vibrant commercial spaces.

Complementing the living and commercial spaces will be a new courtyard, which will see an existing steel frame left over from the original factory space, retained as a new focal point.

There will also be workspaces, a shared lounge, a studio, a communal kitchen/diner for socialising and community events, thirteen affordable homes & £50K of new public realm improvements.
